I would like to take this time to publicly acknowledge and thank Dr. Li Ou with Alpine Medical for his excellent customer service and personal training for the use of our Mindray DP 6600 VET Ultrasound that we purchased from him. The time and effort he spent with us enabled the Doctors and staff to begin using the ultrasound immediately.
Dr. Ou was able to teach me how to recognize and find many of the major abdominal organs in the two day training session. He took the time to give us a hands-on demonstration of many of the features and options of the machine, which, as most of us know, makes a much deeper impression than merely reading over them in the manual.
I have been personally using the machine in my practice for only two months now but I am very happy with the quality of the image that it produces. I am continuing to improve in my ability to image tissues. Having an ultrasound at my disposal has been far more beneficial than I had anticipated and so far seems to be quite profitable.

In the midst of a recent renovation, we were fortunate to work with Dr. Li Ou of Alpine Medical. Dr. Ou proved to be resourceful, dedicated and attentive to our special needs, but it was his personal attention and concern for proper training that made the difference. He spent two days at our facility training our staff and he has since been readily available for technical support any time we needed advice. While we purchased several items, we have truly enjoyed the added experience and services we can now offer with our DP6600vet ultrasound unit, as staff and clients are able to view a variety of images associated with their animal's health. What a pleasure it has been to work with such a caring knowledgeable professional and we highly recommend Dr. Li Ou and Alpine Medical to our constituents.

This letter is in regard to our purchase of the Mindray 6600vet ultrasound from Alpine Medical LLC.
Our expectations have been far exceeded in the quality of the image in both small animal and equine use. We have the microconvex, linear and recto-linear probes. I have used ultrasound for twenty years and especially like the ability to save jpeg files on the USB drive and then take them to the printer to produce 4x6 photographs to give to the clients. We always have the clients with us for the exam and they view the image on a flat panel display while I look at the machine or use the video goggles depending on the situation. Clients love to be involved in the exam which makes explanation of the diagnosis very easy. Since the machine is always setup, we tend to do at least two exams per vet/day. By doing a lot of scans we have become proficient in the use of the machine thus making better diagnoses with a very short time commitment. I assume it is because of client involvement, but we have never had any complaints due to the expense of the exam. The net result of all of this is that we are providing a more comprehensive service as well as boosting the income of the practice.
On another note I would like to thank you Dr. Ou for giving such a good day of in-clinic training to all the staff. This really helped motivate all members of the team on the importance of ultrasound exam as a diagnostic and client participation tool. Also I would like to say that we have not had any problems at all with the machine but appreciate the two year warranty just in case.
